At SERVAL, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping conditions.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While SERVAL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we are committed to supporting our customers.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team at hello@servalapparel.com, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
